Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

Print Your Label

Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.

Pack with Care

Disassemble your furniture and place it back into its original packaging to ensure the items are protected during transit.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop your package at the designated carrier location; your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
